Are you expecting that Will and Grant are going to fly over to Australia within the next 2 weeks to settle this. Get serious.
Or is this an attempt to establish an indefinate injunction and kill the tournament via a legal technicality.

Just to put it in perspective. The DAANZ consitution itself has age restrictions !!

...and I quote from the membership section :-

				1. All persons aged 18 years and over shall be eligible for membership of the Association.

2. All persons below the age of 18 years shall be eligible for junior membership of the Association.

4. A person below the age of 18 years who is not a junior member of the Association at the time of incorporation of the Association shall be admitted as a junior member of the Association by lodging an application in writing with the President of the Association.

								5. A junior member of the Association is not entitled to vote at meetings of the Association or be an Officer of the Association. A junior member is not required to pay an entrance fee or annual subscription.

So, they cant vote, they dont have to pay...what gives there ? Is there any point to them being members ?
It seems to me that the constitution itself is "discriminatory". Why do I have to pay membership, when the kids can get in for free ??? Maybe you should first try and rewrite the consitution to serve your needs first. Oh, actually you might find you need to change the laws in Victoria in the process, 'cos I'm pretty sure there are rules there too that restrict what under 18s can do.

Best of luck with your "dispute"

In the meantime, apologies to all, but GongCon is back on death watch.

Good day,
Greg
