Just my $0.02 here.

Do you think that Sean was annoyed because Kimberly was
inadvertantly excluded?  And if Kimberly can't come, Sean
can't/won't come?

If the rule defacto eliminates Sean, then it does affect
Bismark.

That said, better to have the tournament exist then die.
I would like there to be some tournaments to play in when I
return!  :-)
