There is no-one who would be eligible for DAANZ awards that is going to be 
denied because they cant attend GongCon, unless theres a prize for coming 
8th in the Bismark.  Kimberly Coleman is currently the highest ranked minor, 
she might even be 16 already.  If she's not 16, she cant be too far off.

Your arguement is valid Dugal, but irrelevant to the current DAANZ 
leaderboard and award situation.
