I am putting in a reasonable amount of personal financial support for
the event so I expect to get at least three boards going if possible. As
an incentive to players, cash prizes are being offered for 1st, 2nd and
3rd in addition to trophies for top places, best countries and an
associated boardgames competition. This event will be great!

Frank has agreed to be the primary tournament GM ...
The start time has been revised to 9:30am, but games will be starting
promptly at that time ... 
I'm looking forward to a very successful Diplomacy tournament and hope
you all enjoy it as much as I will.

Location: Upton Room, Box Hill RSL, 26-28 Nelson Road, Box Hill,
Melbourne, Victoria
Format: 3 rounds over 2 days. 9:30 am Start both days
Scoring System: Detour98f

Cost: $20 for whole tournament, or $10 per round, free to new players. 
Bar and bistro meals available at the RSL.
